TEXTILE SURFACE: The lower surface heat-treated non-woven of the plate consists of textile which applies with water-proof materials. In this product liquid repellency is applied only on one side. The water-proof side must face up. In people with incontinence problems is a product that can be used more safely. Water-proof property of the surface can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Products should not be washed by hand or in the washing machine.

HEATING SYSTEM: Cr-Ni double helix spiral heating wires, the surface is resistant up to 125 degrees with PVC. With spiral wraps it is 4 times more flexible and secure against breakage. The second layer of the safety wire provides superior protection against overcurrent.

CONTROLLER UNIT: 2*0,50 double coated power cable is used. There is 2 temperature zones (Warm-Hot) on controller units and if necessary it is removable from blanket which the cable has electrical fuse against over-current circuit. High quality STA-300 insulation materials is used in port.

IMPLEMENTATION: Formed by homogeneous lined-up spiral double helix heating wires between two non-woven heat-treated product. To ensure that the alignments are homogeneous PE materials are used between the plates. There are including 2 warm and hot levels of heat. In the control unit on the power cord there is a fuse against the excessive currents (overloads).
In any risky case, the fuse blows and the circuit is interrupted. The product will not work anymore, unless you change the fuse assembly with a new one. Because the control unit is detachable from the blanket, only by changing this section products can continue to be used.
